1.) Order your new hosting account

• Simply select a webhosting package from the options available in the personal or business hosting pages and contact us.
• Once your hosting account is setup we will need to upload your website, setup your email accounts and configure everything accordingly.

2.) Transfer your domain

• After the account has been setup adequately let us know and a domain transfer request will be sent through by a Web EXCHANGE technician. All you have to do is contact the organisation managing the domain and inform them of the transfer. Alternatively you may update your domains nameservers yourself.

3.) Close your old hosting account.

• Once the domain has successfully updated after 48 hours you should contact your old provider and instruct them to close your old hosting account.
